How will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
We are currently still able to deliver Worldwide. However, please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are extra procedures in place which may cause delays in your city.
What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?
If you accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address we can change the shipping information if your product has not left our facility.
To change an order, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating the correct shipping address.
We can change a shipping address if the order has not been processed yet.
Please note that orders may process within 6 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Lookup page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Lookup page after 3 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We use PayPal to process your payment and we never store your credit card information.
What type of payment do you accept?
You can directly use your credit card at the checkout when using PayPal services.
You don't have to have a PayPal account to pay.
Just click the "Complete Order" button at the Checkout page and then click the "Create an Account" button. There, you will see a "PayPal Guest Checkout" where you add your credit card. On that page, you have the option to create a PayPal account or not.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating that you want the order to be cancelled.
We can cancel an order if the order has not been processed yet.
Please note that orders may process within 6 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible.
